TEACHER’S COPING BEHAVIOR: RESOURCE APPROACH

Преподавание в школе, возможно, является одной из самых стрессовых профессий, которая ежедневно ставит перед учителями многочисленные задачи. Источники стресса педагогической деятельности уникальны для каждого учителя, но целом относятся к организационному, межличностному или личному уровням. Использование той иной стратегии совладания со стрессом зачастую обеспечивается ресурсами психики, которые расширяют зону человека, помогают преодолевать трудности, достигать цели. В исследовании принял участие 101 педагог средней общеобразовательной школы. При обработке результатов использовался корреляционный, структурный, дисперсионный и сравнительный анализы. педагоги демонстрируют умеренное использование всех стратегий стрессом. Менее опытные справляются стрессовыми ситуациями с помощью социальной поддержки, а более используют положительную переоценку. Психологическая структура совладающего поведения педагогов оказывается высокоразвитой, ней образуются связи различного уровня значимости. Базовыми копинг-стратегиями оказываются дистанцирование самоконтроль. Определена роль некоторых личностных ресурсов у педагогов: жизнестойкости ее компонентов, личностной тревожности, интернального локус-контроля, самооценки эмоциональной устойчивости.
